I've always worked through difficult questions by talking to myself, holding a conversation with a non-existant other (who is also me - I don't have an imaginary friend or believe there is actually someone else there.) The declutter continues, but at a much slower pace than I wanted. Wee Jamie's death kicked me in the teeth somewhat, and issues with the Smooge don't help - result = I'm at least a week behind where I want to be.
